Delivery & Rates

All purchases are shipped via Australia Post (Express or Registered) at a flat rate charge of $10.

How will you ship my order?

• All orders will be shipped in plain packaging.
• Australia Post Express will forward orders shipped within Australia.
• We DO NOT ship orders internationally.
• Only our return address will appear on the parcel.

When will I receive my order?

• Orders not containing costumes, lingerie or shoes will be dispatched within 14 working days of receipt.
• Please allow up to 4 weeks for dispatch of orders including costumes, lingerie & shoes. Due to the extensive range of these items offered to you by The Diva’s Den, it is not always possible for us to keep a full range of all colours and sizes on hand.

Do you ship to anywhere in the world?

• No, currently we are only shipping within Australia and to Norfolk Island.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

• Yes, but to Australian PO Boxes only.
